He’s been in the IT industry over 18 years, and held positions at Kaiser Permanente, Chase Manhattan Bank world headquarters and American Express world headquarters. After all those years of providing excellent customer services to large corporations, he had to set up his own IT company to provide the small to medium business community the same level of support. |
